The accommodation consists of a two-storey annexe to a Victorian House.
The house is situated on the outskirts of Freshwater in a quiet residential area, and is adjacent to an apple orchard, where there are several acres of fruit trees, and an attractive garden nursery.
The main village centre is 1.5 miles, the bay is about half a mile away, as is the golf course.

The Stoats Farm campsite nestles in a fold at the foot of the Tennyson Downs close to the home of the poet laureate after whom they were named. Enjoying lovely views across open farmland yet close to local amenities – the local country pub is directly across the road. Freshwater Bay is approximately 1.5 miles from the Campsite.
