Stand up Paddleboarding on the Isle of Wight. Do you want to have fun paddling under cliffs, visiting caves and sheltered bays? Or maybe cruising the stunning rivers and creeks silently gliding around wildlife spotting. The aim of these two hour sessions is a fun and safe introduction to SUPs in a stunning location, with family, friends or meeting new people who have a similar interest. Upon completion of our Introduction to Stand up Paddle boarding you will receive a BCU Paddlesport Start Award Certificate to mark your achievement.
You will be in safe hands with highly skilled, experienced and well qualified guides to lead you through your introduction to SUP on the Isle of Wight.

You will be given a wetsuit, bouyancy aid, helmet and then a quick walk to the boards will see you on the water.
The Stand up Paddleboard activities are aimed at those who have never paddled an SUP before or for family groups who want to stay together.
Whatever you do it will be an adventure in a stunning location, with great equipment and extremely competent, and highly qualified guides who are there to ensure that you are both safe and having fun.
Your guide will offer you top tips and handy hints to improve your skills along the way, but the emphasis is on enjoying your time out on the water in an awesome environment.
